This paste-like polish uses extremely fine particles, which are required for the final polish of smooth surfaces (after applying paint or clear coat) and gives your model a highly glossy appearance/finish. It can also be used to polish out scratches from transparent plastic parts. Repeat this process until you have achieved the desired result. Use the original TAMIYA polishing cloths 300087090 to apply and polish. The following TAMIYA polishing compounds are available for other applications: 300087068 Polishing Compound Coarse (for heavy paint inclusions). 300087069 Polishing Compound Fine (fine particles / polish out the smallest inclusions / give the last coat of paint or clear coat a special deep shine). Before applying more paint, rinse the surface under running water and allow to dry.
