Since 2015, Oliver's online shop O-Gundam has stood for passion, commitment and love for the mecha universe. What once began in the living room quickly developed into an impressive success story. The shop grew rapidly in the first few years and a first warehouse with a modest 80 m2 quickly became necessary.
A crucial milestone followed in 2018: the partnership with Bandai. This step not only brought close cooperation with one of the biggest names in the industry, but also enormous growth. Shortly thereafter, O-Gundam moved to a much larger warehouse of 500 m2 to meet the increasing demand.
But Oliver wanted more. His goal was not only to offer German customers the best access to Gunpla and other products from the mecha universe, but also to revolutionize B2B trade.
After long and intensive negotiations, he was able to convince Bandai that O-Gundam was ready for this next step. As of January 1, 2025, this vision became reality.
With this new chapter came a change: the company name. As a tribute to his father and his former company, Oliver decided to take the name Micro-Fern. This is how O-Gundam became today's Micro-Fern.
Under the new name, but with the same passion, we will continue to provide you with the best Gunpla products and everything the Mecha universe has to offer. Our goal remains the same: We want to bring the fascination of this special hobby to Germany and make it tangible for you.
